These terms govern your use of the Norech Hotspot Billing platform as an Operator. By creating an account, you agree to these conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Norech operates on a subscription model (Starter, Business, or Enterprise). By using our Business or Enterprise plans, you agree to pay the monthly fees as listed on our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your admin dashboard and router connectivity.
Norech provides the billing software, RADIUS server, and provisioning scripts. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own MikroTik or other compatible hardware. Any damage to hardware or local network issues are the operator's responsibility.
As a WiFi Hotspot Operator, you must comply with all local telecommunications and data retention laws in your region (e.g., TCRA guidelines in Tanzania). You are responsible for any prohibited content served over your local network.
The system collects MAC addresses and phone numbers from your clients for payment processing. You must not export or use this data for unauthorized marketing or any purpose outside of managing your wifi business through the Norech platform.
Norech Holdings Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, illegal use of the platform, or persistent non-payment of subscription fees.
