At Norech Holdings Ltd, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information for both our connection clients (Hotspot Users) and our platform operators (Hotspot Owners).

1. For Hotspot Clients (Users)

When you connect to a WiFi hotspot powered by Norech, we collect the following:

• MAC Address: To identify and authorize your device for the duration of your session.
• Phone Number: Only collected when you make a payment via Selcom mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) for transaction processing and receipts.
• Session Logs: Duration of connection and data volume used to ensure fair usage and billing accuracy.

2. For Platform Operators (Business Owners)

When you create an account to manage a hotspot, we collect:

• Business Info: Business name, owner name, and contact details.
• Contact Info: Email address for login, alerts, and service updates.
• Financial Data: Revenue details and transaction logs generated by your hotspots.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data collected to:

• Process and verify mobile money payments.
• Maintain network security and prevent "Hotspot Sharing" (tethering).
• Provide operators with revenue and usage analytics.
• Deliver SMS receipts and service notifications.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Payment Processors (Selcom): Only the data necessary to complete your payment.
• SMS Gateways (SMSMobile): Only the phone number and receipt info for delivery.

5. Data Security

All sensitive information, including passwords and payment references, is encrypted in our database. We use secure HTTPS protocols for all data transmissions between routers, devices, and our servers.

6. Your Rights
